What Is Defence Lab?

Defence Lab is a global network of self defense and fitness training facilities. The main program that we teach at DLab concentrates on developing practical and functional resolutions to violent street altercations with an built in fitness regime and of course an element of fun!!!

Techniques and tactics are designed for street situations where multiple opponents and opponents with weapons are a common reality.

All training is done with “layered stress” so the students can perform in “Real Time” and in “Unscripted” Situations.
